Secrets on How to Make Fake Blood
No action or horror movie is complete without sufficient amounts of blood. In this tutorial we will show you how to make fake blood.
Ingredients:
• Corn Syrup
• Water
• Red Food Coloring
• Corn starch
• Blue Food Coloring
First fill ¼ of a cup with corn syrup and then add the same amount of water. Add a few drops of red food coloring and stir the mixture slowly. While you stir just add more coloring until you get a color you are happy with.
To make the solution thicker add corn starch and stir until you get a nice density and if there are no clumps you can add a bit of blue color to give it a darker shade.
If you are not entirely happy with the results you can experiment with the ratio of ingredients you use in this mixture.
NOTE: This fake blood may leave temporary skin stains and permanent stains on clothes so be careful while using it.
The shelf life of this mixture is limited because of the corn syrup used in this mixture and should be used the day it’s made to get the best results. This solution is best stored in a refrigerator or other cool and dark place.
